Welcome to Sarah Oak Therapy

We all experience difficulties at times in our lives and having someone to talk to about our thoughts and feelings, can help us cope with our worries, understand our problems and make sense of our emotions.

Therapy (also referred to as counselling) can provide that safe, private space where you can reflect and talk confidentially about the things that are troubling you, be listened to without being judged and empower you to find your own solutions, bring about change and increase your wellbeing.
